Our trained CCAR Designated Recovery Coach Professionals utilize a peer-support recovery coaching model, combined with a focus on clinical skill development, which enables us to support clients as they navigate through their customized recovery plan and develop the core clinical skills necessary for relapse prevention and addressing everyday life challenges.     • Individualized recovery coaching for men, women, and family members with a certified Recovery Coaching Professional

    • Recovery Coaching program designed to meet clients' specific and unique needs - all programs customized to meet clients where they are in the recovery process

    • Creation of a recovery & wellness plan customized to meet the individual client's needs

    • Identification of short-term and long-term recovery-based goals

    • Up to three face-to-face meetings per week with your Recovery Coach at a place and time as determined by you for convenience with your schedule

    • Daily check-in with your Recovery Coach

    • Confidential and safe recovery environment that is free of judgment

    • Recovery Capital assessment and development

    • Comprehensive review of the Multiple Pathways for Recovery (AA, NA, SMART Recovery, Refuge Recovery, Dharma Recovery, Phoenix Multisport, and many more)

    • Assistance with integration into the community of your chosen pathway

    • Help locating and attending local recovery meetings

  • Clinical recovery care team coordination and communication - keeping up to date with all members of a client's recovery team to ensure ongoing progress towards recovery goals (doctors, therapists, sober living facilities, intensive outpatient programs, attorneys, personal trainers, and family members)

  • Career development and education services including assistance with creating a resume, applying to jobs, developing career growth plans, submission of college applications, identification of on-campus sober living facilities, class selection, and other related assistance.

    • Management and monitoring of daily Soberlink testing to establish client accountability

    • Communication of results to appropriate members of Recovery Care Team

  • Referrals to trusted recovery care clinicians and programs in your local area such as doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, nutritionists, interventionists, IOPs, Residential Care Programs, and other similar recovery care clinicians and professionals.
